Dr. Kate Johnston is one of the true pioneers of acupuncture and oriental medicine in the United States. She began her studies in South Korea in 1981, then attended the first university of oriental medicine in the United States - SAMRA University of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine in Los Angeles. After graduating with her PhD., she spent six months in China, studying with the masters and treating patients in hospitals and clinics there. She has been in private practice for the last 27 years, helping thousands of patients to regain their health by bridging the gap between this ancient wisdom and our modern worl
