It services more than 80,000 residents in more than 1,200 square miles of certificated territory in southeast Wyoming, including the city of Cheyenne and the towns of Pine Bluff, Burns and Carpenter. The company is a subsidiary of Black Hills Corporation, based in Rapid City, S.D.
