Prevention and Protection of Abused Children, Inc ( PPAC ) began in 1983 as a grass roots response to the increasing problem of child abuse and neglect. PPAC provides quality family programming, as well as child maltreatment prevention services to children that are at risk of or have experiences child abuse and neglect. PPAC is dedicated to enhancing family life through intervention, prevention, and ongoing education.
