Avanti Health & Rehabilitation Center is a 72-bed, smoke-free rehabilitation and nursing facility. Avanti provides accommodation for both short- and long-term care.  We admit residents without regard to race, religion, national origin, or physical handicap.  Skilled, professional nursing care is provided 24-hours a day, seven (7) days a week.Our Activity Director works with each resident to provide stimulation through group activities, individual visits, community programs, and religious services.  Volunteers are an active part of daily schedules.  A full-time social worker helps our residents adjust to his/her new surroundings, assists in discharge planning, and accessing community service
