We are a small firm, focused on three areas of law. We represent: Injured workers- whether employed by government or in the private sector; Accident victims– including victims of motor-vehicle collisions, defective products, unsafe premises, dog bites and other events resulting in significant injury; Victims of police and other governmental misconduct. We promote our clients’ claims with vigor, sensitivity and candor, on the foundation of our experience since 1980, which includes criminal prosecution and insurance defense. Starting in 2001 we have limited our practice to the representation of injured persons exclusively.
