I am a licensed psychologist working with a group of psychotherapists at Psychology Associates of Madison, which serves the Dane County and surrounding areas. I provide individual, couples, and group psychotherapy, using an integrative approach to tailor the counseling experience to each client's needs. I work with clients to address a wide variety of mental health concerns including: Depression, Anxiety, Eating Disorders and body Image concerns, Grief, Trauma, Stress management, LGBT issues, Life transitions, Relationship concerns, Family conflict, Emotional dysregulation, ADHD, Alcohol and substance abuse, College/graduate student mental health.
