Founded in 2004, the Foundations Counseling Center is a private outpatient mental health clinic that serves families throughout southern Wisconsin. The center s intensive in-home services are designed to serve school-age youth with emotional, mental health and behavioral problems, as well as provide support to their family members. It also specializes in crisis intervention, psychiatric assessment, and medication and wrap around case management services. In addition, it provides divorce education for couples with children and group therapies on a variety of topics. The Foundations Counseling Center is located in Belleville, Wis.
