Riverland Energy Cooperative formed as a result of the merger of two cooperatives, including Trempealeau Electric and Buffalo Electric. The firm offers product/services, such as surge suppressors, engine block timers, electric grills, mainstreet messenger, long distance service, directv and high-speed internet. Its list of partners includes Cooperative Response Center, Dairyland Power Cooperative, National Rural Electric Cooperative Association, National Rural Utilities Cooperative Finance Corporation, Touchstone Energy and Riverland Communications. Located in Arcadia, Riverland Energy Cooperative serves over 13,500 members throughout Trempealeau, Buffalo and La Crosse Counties.
