Williams Concrete is a locally owned concrete contractor working in Spokane, Spokane Valley and the communities around them. Bill Deviny has been in the trade for more than 40 years. He and Dan quote the work themselves, and the owner is on the job while it is being poured rather than dropping in at the end. Most of what we do is removal and replacement, and we do the whole job breaking out the old concrete, hauling it away and disposing of it, preparing the site, then pouring and finishing the new slab. Driveways, patios, city and residential sidewalks, approaches, stairs, cutting and repair.
