About

Kristin works with patients with complex medical histories to integrate recovery into all aspects of life. She incorporates breathing; mindfulness; and relaxation techniques into her evidence-based physical therapy practice in order to help patients achieve meaningful improvements in functional mobility and quality of life. When not in the clinic; Kristin enjoys being outdoors; hiking; cycling; rock-climbing and playing in the mountains or near the ocean. She and her spouse also love cooking; traveling; and exploring the PNW.
