Psychotherapy is the building of a therapeutic relationship with another individual to assist you as you heal. The focus of psychotherapy is to heal your internal relationship with yourself first. Then once you have enriched your life from within you can expand by building enriching relationships with others. I provide therapeutic opportunities for children, adolescents, adults and families.
