Bill Cullen and David Palmer began practicing together in May 1991, when their offices were located in the historic Mottman Building at 101 Capitol Way North, in Olympia. In 1997, they moved to 626 Columbia St NW near the Port of Olympia. On January 1, 2000, Bill and David formed their partnership, Cullen Law Office LLP, which is now Cullen Palmer Law Office LLP. In 2003, they moved to their current location at 606 Columbia NW Suite 104. In 2011, Ben Edwards joined the firm, bringing ten years of transportation and traffic-citation law experience in addition to assisting the firm in its existing areas of practice.
