Incorporated in 1984, Kitsap Applied Technologies is a private, nonprofit organization that serves individuals with developmental disabilities, such as autism and visual impairment. It provides cable assembly, fastener recycle, sorting, tool refurbishing, packaging, car wash, janitorial and ground maintenance services. Kitsap Applied Technologies offers a specialized industries program that provides vocational training services. It also offers opportunities for elders to participate in activities, including picnics, field trips, and arts and crafts classes.
