Heather is a physical therapist who specializes in pelvic health. She obtained her Master of Physical Therapy degree from Ohio University School of Physical Therapy in 2003. After graduating, she began her practice in the Pacific Northwest working in a diverse athletic and orthopedic population. Early in her career, she received mentorship in lumbar-pelvic dysfunction that set the stage for her to later pursue specialized training in pelvic floor dysfunction.
