The Pilates Studio of Bellingham is committed to you as an individual. In each group class, whether it is Mat, Reformer, PowerPump or Posture and Stretch Therapy, we tailor every movement to fit your body. In order to give you as much personal attention during class, we limit our Mat classes to eight participants and Reformer to three. From the moment you arrive to the moment you leave, our personalized service, knowledge, caring and fun studio atmosphere will make you feel at ease. We will evaluate your fitness level and help you establish realistic and attainable goals, and guide you on your journey to discovering the power within, and the comfort and energy at the Pilates Studio of Bellingham.
