It is my belief that we each possess the internal compass necessary to foster change within our own lives. The paths we intended to travel can become overgrown with the day to day struggles we encounter and we may become lost in the darkness of depression, fear, or anxiety. Psychotherapy serves as a tool to help identify direction, encourage hope, and strengthen resolve. I have worked in the field of mental health for over twenty years and continue to enjoy work that I do. For the last ten years my focus has included psychotherapy, crisis counseling, chronic mental illness, Solution-focused Therapy, and education.
