Kundala is a hybridized style of massage stemming from my experience and education as a traditional therapist and body rub artist. In a Kundala massage, the therapist uses their legs in addition to the arms in unison. This creates the sensory illusion that multiple therapists are working on you in sync. An ebb and flow that feels seemingly choreographed to music, resulting in a deeply meditative, relaxing and highly therapeutic modality of massage.
