We obtained a Three Million Dollar ($3,000,000) medical malpractice settlement in 2007 for a patient that suffered an anoxic brain injury in a V.A. Hospital. Hicks v. USA, U.S.District Court, Middle District of Tennessee, case #03:05-0980. We have obtained a settlement in excess of One Million Dollars ($1,000,000) for a closed head injury suffered in automobile accident. Buchanan v.
