DAVID L. COOPER is certified as a Civil Trial specialist by the Tennessee Commission on Continuing Legal Education and Specialization, and the National Board of Trial Advocacy. He is licensed to practice law before all Tennessee courts, the Supreme Court of Tennessee, Federal Courts, and the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals. Mr. Cooper's main practice of law includes personal injury, workers compensation, auto accidents, medical malpractice, employment law, disabilities, discrimination, harassment and criminal defense. Mr. Cooper is a member of the Tennessee Bar Association, the Nashville Bar Association, and the National Employment Lawyers Association.
