Founded in 1893, Monroe Harding Children s Home serves orphans and offers a variety of programs for youths of all ages. It provides residential care services and off-campus programs. The organization also offers the Project SHARE program, which encourages healthy attitudes regarding education by matching at-risk elementary students with adult mentors. Monroe Harding Children s Home s Youth Connections resource center is a transitional program in middle Tennessee that provides youth independent living services. It is accredited by the Council on Accreditation, which is a national organization that reviews, analyzes and helps revamp social service organizations.
