Founded in 1950, The Arc of the Mid-South is a nonprofit organization that serves individuals with mental illnesses and developmental disabilities. The organization provides rehabilitative and support services for individual suffering from autism, cerebral palsy, Down syndrome and muscular dystrophies. It offers educational, employment and daily skills training services. The Arc of the Mid-South features advocacy, career counseling and respite care programs.
