Florence Crittenton Agency, founded in 1896, is a nonprofit organization for troubled young women. It provides services to women who are pregnant and abused, and in crisis. The organization provides substance abuse counseling, and individualized treatment and support services. Its range of services include prevention and treatment programs, education, and housing and living skills. Its treatment facility is spread over an area of more than 25-acres, and has over 50-beds. Its outreach programs impart child and parenting skills, foster care, and home-based services. Florence Crittenton Agency is accredited by the Council on Accreditation of Services for Family and Children, and is located in Knoxville, Tenn.
