Mr. Day has been a civil trial attorney for more than 30 years. In addition to being certified by the American Board of Professional Liability Attorneys as a legal malpractice specialist, Mr. Day is also a certified as a civil trial specialist by the National Board of Trial Advocacy and as has board certification In Civil Pretrial Practice Advocacy by the National Board of Legal Specialty Certification. Mr. Day graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts degree from East Tennessee State University in 1980. He earned his Bachelor’s degree in just 15 months.
