Collierville High School offers various academic programs in English, science, mathematics and social studies. The school also offers a program in family and consumer science, which includes child development, interpersonal communications, nutrition and foods, and textiles and apparel classes. Its technical education programs includes agricultural sciences, automotive mechanics and cosmetology. The school also offers classes in business that includes keyboarding, word processing and financial management. Its fine arts program includes study in general music, choir and concert band.
