Bodyworks is a 24 hour facility complete with locker rooms, towels, blow drier  and on-site tanning bed.We offer top of the line Precor treadmills, ellipticals, steppers, recumbent and upright bike.  We have a large selection of free weights including dumbbells, squat racks, flat incline and decline benches, smith machine and plate loaded leg press.  If you need a little direction to get started, our male and female trainers are available to work around YOUR schedule to help you reach your fitness goals.  Stop in for a tour today!
