It operates a machine shop equipment repair facility, several limestone quarries, sand and gravel pits, and asphalt, ready-mix and emulsion plants. Hills Materials Company is also a premier contractor for all phases of heavy highway and utility construction in the Black Hills area. It provides site development, underground utilities, streets, highways, parking lots and drainage control development services.
