Cherenzia Excavation is a site-excavating contractor and aggregate materials supplier servicing southeastern Connecticut and southern Rhode Island. It operates an 80-acre quarry and crushing plant in Westerly, R.I., and has the capability to put portable facilities on construction sites. Founded in 1955, Cherenzia Excavation has performed as the site contractor on all types of projects for all types of business and industry. For the robust tourist industry of the area it has built, expanded and rebuilt several golf courses, participated in the construction of the world's largest casino and been the site contractor for the heralded expansion of Mystic Marinelife Aquarium.
