The Law Office of John E. MacDonald, Inc. is dedicated to the honest, effective and aggressive representation in the areas of criminal defense, family law, immigration law and personal injury. We appear in state and federal courts on behalf of our clients throughout Rhode Island and Massachusetts. In addition, the office represents clients on appeal in the Rhode Island Supreme Court, the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court and the First Circuit Courts of Appeal. Both senior partners have extensive trial and appellate experience and draw on their experience as former prosecutor and former public defender.
