Clinical Services of Rhode Island’s Portsmouth location offers outpatient medical services to adults struggling with addiction and co-occurring mental health conditions. Part of American Addiction Centers' nationwide network, CSRI operates three locations in the state, including Portsmouth, with intensive outpatient, general outpatient, outpatient medical detox and group therapy. Each CSRI location offers outpatient treatment Monday through Thursday, which begins with an intake assessment and urine screening. As the facility is strictly outpatient, there is no physical/psychiatric assessment or blood work. Clients will participate in 12-Step programming and accompanying “step-work” as well as group therap
