A central part of my legal practice since 1992 has been bankruptcy law and helping my clients file for chapter 7 and chapter 13 bankruptcy protection. The bankruptcy law gives people a fresh start by wiping out some debt and creating a payment plan that the bankruptcy court determines is reasonable. I like being able to help relieve my clients of some of the stress and chaos caused by credit card debt, medical bills, foreclosure notices, auto repossessions, past tax bills, burdensome student loans and other bills.
