The Silver Creek Manor Nursing and Rehabilitation Center offers a range of respite and hospice care services. The center provides physical, occupational and speech therapies. It also offers cardiac rehabilitation, wound care, and long- and short-term skilled nursing solutions. The Silver Creek Manor Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is a 125-plus-bed facility that administers an extensive restorative exercise program. It maintains a social service department, as well as provides X-ray, laboratory and pharmacy solutions. The center offers podiatry, orthopedic, pulmonary, psychiatric, and eye and dental care services. The Silver Creek Manor Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is affiliated with the Rhode Island Health Care Association.
