My focus is to increase your mobility and to release you from your tension and pain. My main focus is finding the cause of your neck, shoulder and lower back pain and using my special techniques to release them. Each session is thoughtfully designed around your unique needs in mind, focusing on increasing your mobility while releasing your tension and pain. I provide good firm pressure in my signature Deep Tissue. In both of my Deep Tissue and Swedish Massage, I use special combinations of Eastern and Western methods, including acupressure, heat, essential oils, cupping if desired and more.
