The Creative Wellness Studio

The Creative Wellness Studio was born out of our observation that the healing process and the creative process can often parallel one another. Our shared passion for working with survivors of trauma and our creative inclinations led us to develop this space where our mission is to creatively, thoughtfully and compassionately empower people to create order out of the chaos before them. Our values include: Creativity, Adaptivity, Possibility, Integrity, Empowerment, Compassion, Innovation, Humility, and Connection. Our combined experience includes working with at risk youth and their families, domestic and sexual violence survivors, and individuals in inpatient and outpatient mental health setting
