Adapt has been a leader in Oregon in the prevention and treatment of addictions since 1971. We are focused on providing quality services to employers, families, and individuals in Douglas, Coos and Josephine counties. Adapt is a preferred provider for insurance carriers such as Cigna, LifeWise, ODS, PacificSource, Regence Blue Cross Blue Shield, and other health plans.
