Corvallis Manor Nursing Center is a more than 135-bed facility licensed to provide skilled nursing care and intermediate care levels. It assists more than 400 individuals and provides short-term, acute rehabilitative care services. Its interdisciplinary rehabilitation program encourages independence and group activities. The center also provides comprehensive rehabilitation services that include specialized individualized treatment programs, discharge planning, and patient and family training and education.
