I practice techniques of orthopedic massage therapy, with the goal of decreasing pain and tension and increasing range of motion of your tissues and joints. I adapt each session to the needs of my client, ensuring the client's only feels relaxed but that their specific needs have been addressed. I keep my treatment sessions affordable,to insure that my clients can afford to return for follow-up sessions if necessary. I treat both acute and chronic pain conditions, postural deviations, sports massage, chronic tension patterns and soft tissue injuries. I enjoy helping my clients develop a plan of action to address their pain and stress management concern
