The cooperative serves more than 18,000 customers in Garfield, Lincoln, Logan, Oklahoma, Noble, Payne and Pawnee counties in Oklahoma. It operates the Touchstone Energy Utility Distribution Center in partnership with Arkansas Electric Cooperative.
