In 2012 we merged with All About You Spa to become All About You Spa and Fitness. 2018 we have expanded our fitness services to in home & office personal training. Always growing to meet the needs of our clients! In home or office personal training. One on one or group fitness training. Tommy Trainer owner of HD Bodies Personal Training was voted "The Best of the Best Personal Trainer" 2010 & 2011 by Oklahoma Magazine. He also was a trainer with a contestant on "The Biggest Loser" season 10! Train smarter not harder!
