The Continuum is a community-based intergenerational health and wellness center serving clients from Pediatrics to Geriatrics. The Continuum offers Outpatient Rehabilitation with a full range of Physical, Occupational and Speech Therapy Services in the Reno Nevada area. In 1991 we began developing the concept of a community-based program that could provide rehabilitation, education, and wellness services to all ages. The belief was that an exceptional staff combined with a warm and friendly environment would allow our clients to reach their highest level of independence.
