After receiving my undergraduate degree I spent years working in retail. Due to the amount of stress this gave me, I finally decided to start over by learning massage therapy. I graduated with a degree in Massage Therapy from the Swedish Institute in Manhattan in 2006 and received my NY license shortly thereafter. For almost two years I had my practice at a wellness center in upstate NY where I found great fulfillment working with people who had never had any type of bodywork befor
