My name is William Miller and I am a strength conditioning coach/exercise physiologist, and a licensed muscular therapist. I provide specialized attention to the management of physiology for specific purposes from injury rehab to enhanced athletic performance. I learned early and often in my exercise journey, the value of integrating massage with exercise, for enhanced recovery, injury healing and increased performance. Certifications I have held include CSCS and CPT (NSCA), and Super Slow Instructor, and I am college educated in Lifeguarding, Water Safety/Swim Instruction EMT, and SCUBA. I specialize in Swedish and deep tissue/trigger point massage, high intensity strength training and aquatic
