Epworth Village

Epworth Village, located in York, Neb., is a nonprofit agency providing family-centered treatment to youth and families with emotional and behavioral disorders. The center s program is offered to male children of ages 7 to 18, and is based on a collaboration of concepts developed by a range of professionals. The program deals with issues, such as oppositional defiant disorders, post-traumatic stress disorders and sexual abuse disorders. The center has a staff of more than 150 full- and part-time members who serve children and their families. Its learning center consists of teachers and paraprofessionals who focus on behaviors in the educational setting. Its life skills department serves children within its residential centers.
