Established in 1994, PATH North Dakota is a nonprofit organization that provides a range of personalized care services to children and youths with special needs. It offers various therapeutic foster care, family and community evaluation, independent living and crisis stabilization programs. The organization administers an adoption program that provides various placement, training and education, child-specific recruitment, life book planning, foster parenting and post adoption support services. Additionally, PATH North Dakota offers a community-based treatment program that includes monthly treatment meetings, crisis planning, respite care, individualized support and secondary case manager services for children with severe emotional and behavioral problem
