Ms. Neff has extensive trial experience in the state, federal and administrative forums with over 280 cases tried. Ms. Neff served as an assistant attorney general for the State of Missouri for 20 years. She was in the Criminal Division for 2 years and while there wrote approximately 50 briefs and appeared and argued before the Missouri Western, Southern and Eastern Courts of Appeal as well as the Missouri Supreme Court.
