Penzel Construction Company is a family owned construction company servicing retail and commercial clients since 1910. Penzel provides design/build, general construction and construction management services. It performs all types of construction from new facilities to building additions interior finish to renovation of existing space. Penzel Construction Company discovered a time capsule at St. Paul Lutheran School, while preparing to build a new school. Inside the capsule were copies of every local newspaper printed the week of May 9, 1935, some coins, an English Bible, a German Bible, other religious items and memorabilia from Penzel Construction Company. The business began its history building houses and structures in the Jackson are
