Dr. Bierbrauer combines traditional chiropractic care with soft tissue mobilization to speed recovery. He is certified in two popular soft tissue techniques: Active Release Techniques & Graston Technique. Soft tissues include: muscles, tendons, ligaments, fascia and nerves. These tissues are mobilized to reduce chronic tension and adhesions that typically result from chronic or acute inflammation often associated with repetitive stress and cumulative trauma disorders.
