Dolliff Properties was formed in 2000, under the name of Alpine Management Group to focus on commercial real estate and condominium development and acquisition. Dolliff Properties focuses on the commercial development, primarily retail, and sister company, CityHomes, focuses on condominium developments. Dolliff Properties is wholly owned by Douglas Dolliff. Operating under Alpine Management Group, LLC, CityHomes Group bought and converted a 28 unit Townhouse project in Eagan to Condominiums. This was the first large ( over 12 units ) Condo conversion in the Twin Cities in over 20 years. Since then CityHomes Group has converted 100 condominium units.
