Our mission at Eveleth Health Services is to provide personalized health services to our residents with a focus on quality of life. We are a skilled nursing facility (SNF) certified by the Medicare and Medicaid programs. We have a high staff to resident ration which allows us to spend time caring for your loved one. Our staff members provide and promote personalized quality of care in a homelike environment. Residents here are provided with daily activities, dining, rehabilitation and pharmacy services within the facility.
