Chris Jensen Health and Rehabilitation Center, established in 1969, provides medical assistance, long-term care and rehabilitation services to patients suffering from chronicle illness, physical disabilities, and Alzheimer s and Dementia diseases. The health care services offered by the center include pain management, respite care, vision and hearing screenings, psychiatric evaluations, diet counseling, and dental and hospice care. It also provides rehabilitation services that include physical, occupational and speech therapies. The center also undertakes community service projects, recovery programs and mental health treatment services. Chris Jensen Health and Rehabilitation Center is owned and operated by St. Louis County, and is located in Duluth, Minn.
