TOM SKARE Skare Law Office, S.C. was founded March, 2004, by Thomas M. "Tom" Skare. Tom received his Juris Doctorate degree from Hamline University School of Law in 1987. After clerking for one year for the Judges in the District Courthouse in Duluth, he joined a Law Firm in Cloquet in 1988. After 16 years of successfuly representing people, he left that firm to start Skare Law Office, S.C. to continue to provide help and representation to people. Tom helps injured people with claims arising out of collisions or other incidents. He was named a Super Lawyer in 2002 / 2003 by Minnesota Law & Politics magazine - an honor conferred on only 5% of practicing attorneys in Minnesot
